Cutting: Trace outside edge of pattern onto board, then trace the heavy outside markings of both baby bunnies onto board.

Cut out pattern – including the two baby bunnies, so that you end up with three separate
bunnies. These all fit together in an interlocking fashion to form a puzzle.

Painting: Prime all sides of wood pieces with primer paint. When dry base coat all pieces with one or two coats of white paint. Then transfer paint pattern markings onto bunnies.

All painting is done with watered down colors so that they are a wash type paint which gives the project a softer, water color type look.

Pink: Paint on all three bunnies=inner ear, round part of cheek areas, and the triangular portion of their noses. Also paint hearts on first egg from left, and all three unmarked sections of second egg from right.

Lavender: Mother’s neck bow, third egg from left, and stripes on first egg from left.

Yellow: Scarf on third bunny from left, both ends of first egg from left, and the middle part of the fourth egg from the left.

Country blue: checkered scarf and second bunny from left. Both ends of fourth egg from left.

Black: Line inside of ears, whiskers, mouth (under nose), eyes, and front pads on mother’s foot.

White: A comma stroke in each eye, polka dots on lavender neck bow of mother bunny, and accents on eggs.

Grass green: Line in grass along bottom of piece

Miscellaneous: Make dots on yellow scarf and line with blue. Accent eggs using your imagination.

Spraying: Spray project with Krylon clear matt finish to seal paint and protect from scratches.
